Terms of service

The scope of this product website, public support and the Apple edition under development.

1. Operator and scope

These terms describe the Tile Peek-a-Boo product pages and public support provided by lukwama Studio (lukwama工作室). The existing website terms apply to the shared website account and comment service. This product notice explains the game’s current status and does not waive mandatory consumer rights.

2. Product information and availability

Tile Peek-a-Boo is a logic puzzle about finding animals behind colored tiles. The Apple edition is under development. A free launch without advertising is planned. Availability, supported platforms and implemented features will be stated with the release. No subscription, recurring charge, virtual currency or paid unlock is offered by these pages.

3. Apple software license

If the game is distributed through Apple’s App Store, the applicable Apple standard end-user license agreement governs the app license unless a valid replacement is expressly provided in the store. These website terms do not replace Apple’s agreement or its platform-service terms. See the Apple standard EULA.

4. Public support and acceptable use

You may use the public support board for general questions, reproducible bug reports and feedback. Posting uses the existing Google or Apple sign-in service. Comments, display names and official replies are publicly readable. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful content, harassment, spam, malicious code or material that infringes another person’s rights.

We may moderate or restrict abusive posts and accounts according to the website rules. A public post is not a private message. The separate private support form forwards messages to the studio; neither channel guarantees a response time. Do not use it for emergencies or publish sensitive data to request help.

5. Intellectual property

The game, website text and visual materials belong to their respective rights holders. Nothing here transfers ownership of the game or another person’s work. Public comments remain subject to the existing website terms; we do not request a new license to private game saves or unpublished puzzle drafts through these product pages.

6. Progress, updates and third-party services

Planned local saves, optional cloud sync and achievements will be described when implemented. Removing an app or clearing local storage may remove progress, depending on the released platform. Cloud sync is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service or recovery. This website cannot restore, clear or synchronize an unreleased game’s saves.

We may correct product information, update these pages or change service availability. Where applicable law requires notice, continued access or another remedy, that requirement remains in effect. Apple and Cloudflare operate their own services under their own terms.

7. Responsibility and consumer rights

We take reasonable care in providing product information and support, but cannot promise uninterrupted website access or that a planned feature will ship unchanged. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes a statutory warranty, or prevents you from using a remedy available under mandatory consumer law. These pages do not impose an exclusive foreign court or mandatory arbitration requirement.

8. Privacy, contact and updates

See the privacy policy for website and support processing. Use the support page for private contact or public feedback; keep private information out of public comments. Material changes will be reflected in the date and document version. Dated copies are linked below.
