How private messages are handled

The operator is lukwama Studio (lukwama工作室). Your selected product, topic, reply email and message are sent through Cloudflare to the studio’s Google Gmail inbox. These messages are not published. We use them to answer questions, handle privacy requests and protect the service. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals; Cloudflare and Google may process data outside your country.

The support database stores keyed hashes of network addresses, reply addresses and duplicate submissions, plus timestamps and delivery status. It does not store message text or plain email addresses. These abuse-prevention records expire after 7 days and are removed by daily cleanup. Infrastructure logs follow the providers’ retention rules. Correspondence in Gmail is kept while needed for support, disputes or legal obligations, with no automatic fixed inbox deletion period.

You may use this form to request access, correction or deletion of your support data. Provide only what is needed to identify the request; we may seek proportionate verification privately. Do not send identity documents or passwords. Sending is rate limited, may be temporarily unavailable, and does not guarantee a response time.
