Scope

This policy covers lukwama.com (including www), comment boards on works, and Google and Apple sign-in. The Desktop Mini Clock app has its own policy at /clock/privacy; that app does not go online and does not use these comment boards.

What we collect

When you comment we store the text you write, your display name and avatar from the sign-in service you chose, which board it belongs to, the time, and for traceability the source IP (IPv4/IPv6 from Cloudflare CF-Connecting-IP), browser User-Agent, Cloudflare Ray-ID, and the OAuth provider name with its Provider User ID. We do not run our own password accounts, and we do not use comments for advertising profiles.

Third-party sign-in

Sign-in is completed by Google or Apple. We only receive the minimum needed to recognise your account (typically user id, display name, email, and avatar). The consent screen is provided by that company. If Apple tells us an account was deleted or consent was revoked, we disable the matching account and hide its comments.

Logs and retention

Audit logs are stored in Cloudflare D1 to prevent abuse, handle disputes, and to comply with lawful requests. Comment moderation does not erase database records; see the retention clarification below. IP and device signals are not shown on the public comment wall.

Lawful requests

If a competent authority in Taiwan or elsewhere makes a lawful request, we may provide comment text, time, IP, User-Agent, Ray-ID, and the OAuth provider plus Provider User ID so that authority can ask Google or Apple to identify the person. We do not sell this data or give it to advertisers.

Cookies and session

After sign-in we keep the session in an HTTP-only cookie (JWT). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are human. Language preference is stored in localStorage on your device. These are not cross-site advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete comments and account data that relate to you. Contact us via the site comments or lukwama.com. Children should not use the comment boards.

If how we collect or use data changes, we will update the date on this page and publish it here.

Private support

A separate private form is available for questions and data requests. Messages are forwarded to the studio, not published. No account is required; abuse prevention and sending limits apply. Please do not submit spam, links, attachments or sensitive documents. See support data handling and use the support form.

Comment removal and retention clarification

Moderation hides or soft-deletes public comments; it does not erase underlying account, comment or audit records. There is currently no automatic fixed deletion period for these records. Actual erasure requests require separate review through the private support form. Static pages use language-specific URLs; some older tools still store a language preference locally.
