Privacy policy

A clear account of this product website, public support and the Apple game currently in development.

1. Who operates this site

lukwama Studio (lukwama工作室) operates these Tile Peek-a-Boo pages. Questions and private requests can be sent through our support page. Comments are public. Do not post personal information or confidential requests there.

2. Reading the product and policy pages

These pages do not require an account and do not embed advertising, behavioral analytics, remote fonts or the comment system inside the policy text. Language selection uses separate page URLs rather than a new preference cookie. Opening a link to another part of lukwama.com or a third-party site can involve that service’s own processing.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Handling an HTTP request involves network and technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, error details and security signals. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies. Cookies already set elsewhere on this domain may accompany requests. These pages do not create a separate visitor-profile database.

3. Choosing to use public comments

The support page loads the comment system when you open the board. Posting requires Google or Apple sign-in and Cloudflare Turnstile verification. Our existing website system stores the provider and account identifier, available email, display name and avatar, comment text, board, posting time, replies and moderation status. It also stores IP address, browser User-Agent and Cloudflare Ray ID for abuse investigation. Public readers can see the display name, comment, time and public replies; email and audit records are not displayed on the board.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Google, Apple and Cloudflare process information needed for their sign-in or security services. Details of the existing website system are set out in the website privacy policy. Public posts can also be copied or indexed by others.

4. Purposes, providers and international processing

We use website and support data to deliver the pages, authenticate commenters, respond to feedback, moderate content, protect the service and handle lawful requests. We do not use this product support board to sell personal data or build advertising profiles. Authorized administrators and the service providers needed for these functions can process the relevant data. Hosting and sign-in may involve processing outside your country.

Where a law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the activity: providing a service you request, legitimate interests in security and moderation where permitted, legal obligations, or consent where required. A final release policy will identify any additional game-specific processing and applicable safeguards.

5. Retention and removal

The existing comment system retains posts, account records and related audit records without an automatic fixed deletion period. A moderator’s hide or delete action removes a post from public display; it does not immediately erase the underlying database records. Requests for actual erasure require separate handling, subject to applicable obligations and unresolved disputes. We do not promise automatic deletion after 90 days for this public board.

Cloudflare’s operational and security data follows its service-specific retention and legal requirements. Workers Logs, where applicable, currently retains logs for 3 days on the Free plan or 7 days on the Paid plan; this is not a retention limit for all Cloudflare data. We have not enabled an additional product-page log export in this change. See Cloudflare Workers Logs and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

6. Planned Apple game data

The Apple edition has not yet been released through this site. The current design keeps settings, an unfinished board, completion records, collection progress and custom puzzle drafts on the device. Optional iCloud sync is planned for permanent progress and minimal reset-control records. Optional Game Center integration is planned for achievements. Neither service should be described as local-only storage.

The launch design excludes advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking and third-party behavioral analytics. These are design commitments to verify against the actual release, not a claim that an unbuilt app has already passed a privacy audit. Apple account services, backups and system diagnostics remain subject to Apple’s own terms and settings. No cloud-deletion or game-data export feature is available from this website.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can read the policies without signing in, leave the comment board unopened, and sign out when you finish using it. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy, or complain to a competent authority. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing before withdrawal.

For a non-confidential request about your own public post, use the support board and refer only to the public post. Do not publish identity documents, account details or other sensitive information. Use the private support form for personal requests; the public board is not a confidential channel.

8. Children

Public comments are not intended for children. Parents or guardians should avoid posting a child’s personal information. The Apple edition’s age rating, parental controls and child-related handling will be confirmed for its actual release; this draft does not claim approval for a children’s category.

9. Changes and languages

We will update the date and version when these practices change. Dated copies remain available below. English and Traditional Chinese are currently published. Translations do not remove rights under applicable local law, and neither version overrides mandatory protections. New services will require an updated policy reflecting their actual operation.

Private support form

The form sends your product, topic, reply email and message through Cloudflare to the studio’s Google Gmail inbox. Messages are not published. Turnstile checks security signals. The support database stores keyed hashes for network addresses, reply emails and duplicate checks, plus timestamps and delivery status, without storing the message body or plain email address. Metadata expires after 7 days and is removed by daily cleanup. Email correspondence is retained while needed for support, disputes or legal obligations; inbox messages do not have an automatic fixed deletion period. Cloudflare and Google may process data internationally. See private support data handling. Use the form for access, correction or deletion requests.

These pages describe the product website and the Apple edition under development. No Apple release date is announced here.
